Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AbhiCraft mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), operated by Abhi Furniture Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Application.

2. User Account

The Application uses OTP-based authentication for secure login and account identification. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile number and ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

The Application allows users to browse furniture products, view product information, save favorites, and purchase physical furniture products.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Abhi Furniture Mall. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. The Application does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order placed.

Customers should report damaged products within a reasonable time after delivery, along with supporting photographs or other requested information. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, logistics, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhi Furniture Mall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
